NDA Policy

RootThrive treats every project consultation with absolute confidentiality. Whether you are an early-stage startup sharing a proprietary app concept or an established local business discussing sales numbers, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any technical discussions begin.

We offer a standard Mutual NDA that protects both your business insights and our technical blueprints, ensuring a secure foundation for project scoping.

Under our NDA policy, the following items are treated as strictly confidential:

1. Proprietary software ideas, custom algorithms, and system architecture blueprints.

2. Internal business analytics, customer counts, order values, and revenue numbers.

3. API access keys, server credentials, database backups, and customer emails.

4. Marketing strategies, ad creative briefs, and funnel mapping documents.

Only active team members assigned to your project have access to your development files and credentials. We enforce strict role-based access control (RBAC). Our team does not discuss, review, or share client information with external parties, online communities, or other clients.

Upon project completion or contract termination, clients can request the complete deletion of their sensitive business assets, database backups, and hosting credentials from our local systems. We maintain private cloud vaults and clean them regularly to prevent security leaks.
